Experiential designand plans
Before anything is printed, somebody has to decide where it goes, how many are needed, and what a guest reads from thirty feet away.
What it is
The drawing before the deliverable
We walk the site, mark the entry sequence and the places people get lost, then produce the documents the whole event works from: a site overview, a parking plan, a signage schedule with a number against every panel, and a credential system that reads the same at every gate.
The plan is the product. The print run, the install crew, the volunteer briefing: all of it moves faster because the decisions were already made on paper, where changing them costs nothing.
What lands on your desk
- Site overview plan. The whole footprint, marked and legible to a volunteer
- Parking and traffic plan. Arrival, back-of-house and VIP routes
- Illustrated guest map. The version that goes on the post and in the phone
- Signage schedule. Every panel numbered, sized and located
- Credential system. Tiers, access rules and the artwork for each
- VIP and staff information sheets
