Event Experience

Event consulting

The decisions that never appear on a sign: who gets in where, what comes through the gate, and which partners are worth building the event around.

What it is

Operations, policy and partnerships

Most of what goes wrong at an event was decided, or never decided, weeks earlier. We work through the operational layer with you: how the gate actually opens, what the bag policy is and how staff enforce it the same way every time, how vendors are laid out and what each one owes the event.

Partnership sourcing sits here too. Bringing the right brand onto a site is a design problem as much as a sales one, and it is the part that separates a production company from a print shop.

Where we get involved

  • Operations plan. Gates, flow, staffing points and timings
  • Gate and bag policy. Written, then designed so it is actually enforceable
  • Vendor structure. Layout, branding standard and what each supplies
  • Partnership sourcing. Who to approach and what the arrangement looks like
  • Run-of-show support through the build and the day itself
